Swain Brooks
Swain Brooks graduated in 2007 as a triple major from the University of Colorado, Boulder. He majored in software engineering, electrical engineering, and economics. He has spent time as a software engineer for multiple industries including telecom, specialty retail, fin-tech, and he was among an engineering team that launched a new acquisition for Estée Lauder. After spending time developing systems for corporate America, Swain is energized by the opportunity to help individuals find a niche in business ownership. He lives in downtown Denver, Colorado with his Bernedoodle, Maya. He is an avid Avalanche fan and spends time on the ski slopes of Colorado.

Valerie Brooks
Valerie Brooks graduated with a B.S. in Counseling Psychology in 1995 from what was then Mesa State College, today known as Colorado Mesa University in Grand Junction, Colorado. Her creativity and love of people led her to marketing for Big O Tires and now Sunbelt Business Brokers. She has made a full circle journey beginning in 2016 as a franchise consultant with FranServe, the top franchise consulting business in the industry. She is passionate about educating others on franchise business opportunities that can lead to personal independence and financial wealth.
Valerie holds the designation Certified Main Street Business Broker and is a Colorado Real Estate Licensee.

Kevin Brooks
Kevin Brooks graduated from the Robert O Anderson School of Business at the University of New Mexico He spent time working as a Certified Public Accountant as well as serving as a private accountant for the Colorado-based franchise, Big O Tires. In 1996 he purchased the 4 Big O Tire Units, and over the next 20 years added 5 additional locations to his portfolio. He sold the 9 locations in 2015 and along with his wife, Valerie, became an independent Business Broker. In 2020 they joined the franchise, Sunbelt Business Brokers.
Kevin has attained these designations, Master Certified Business Intermediary, Certified M&A Professional, and Master Certified Business Intermediary. He is also a Colorado Real Estate Licensee.
